Tools for die casting of Al alloys

We have many years of experience in the manufacture of die casting tools, which is very important for good functionality and long tool life. Since die casting involves much higher operating temperatures than thermoplastics, the fits and the tool itself must be different and appropriately designed.

A number of the company’s capacities are dedicated to the production of cutting dies and their segments.

As cutting dies require often small clearances, the segments have to be produced practically in the micron range and therefore we have a machine park adapted to this.
