We offer 3-axis CNC milling on GF Mikron, Deckel Maho, Fehlmann HSC machines. 5-axis milling is carried out on a GF Mikron UCP Vario 600 machine equipped with a robot and pallet changer. Workpiece sizes up to 1000 x 650 x 600 mm.

We offer wire erosion services on high-precision machines made by Agie.
These machines are also equipped with a hart metal cutting generator and are particularly suitable for the production of cutting segments. They achieve micron tolerances and surface quality up to Ra 0.2

We also offer immersion erosion services on Ingersoll and Charmilles roboform machines equipped with a pallet changer.
Eroding can be carried out with graphite and copper electrodes as well as hart metal.

For any corrections and modifications, we have our own laser welding machine so that we can do it reliably, with high quality and in the shortest possible time.
We also have a Studer S-30 precision cylindrical grinding machine, which is primarily used for the production of precision cylindrical parts for our measurement and control programme.
